Cement products show variation in color and design and will not be identical from piece to piece. This is a result to the hand-made process and the nature of cement, and considered a part of their natural beauty. Mixing tiles from different boxes during installation is suggested to produce even variation across the surface.
Accurate lead times can only be quoted once an order and payment is received.
Production will normally begin immediately after a custom order is placed. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
We do not accept responsibility for lost working time or any liability in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, damaged, or incorrect. The customer is responsible for the inspection of all material when received.
Some colors will gently fade over time; direct sunlight will accelerate this process.
Cement Tiles are a natural product and must be sealed prior to grouting. Tiles may crack if installed in an environment that will experience temperatures below 34 degrees Fahrenheit. Please carefully follow the installation and care instructions found at
Breeze Block structures are subject to unique building codes in each municipality, and require professional planning with the expertise of a structural engineer, licensed contractor or professional mason. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that codes are met and permits are obtained if required.
Samples
We operate our sample program at a loss to allow our potential clients to review the materials we offer for construction projects they are planning. When samples are ordered by a client who is not a member of the trade, we will contact the purchaser to qualify the use case of the project that a licensed professional is leading the project. If we determine that samples are being ordered for another use, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Furthermore, we will limit the number of samples to a total of 2, prior to providing a quotation for a larger project.
